Does every room have a private bathroom?
Yes. All our rooms have a private bathroom.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not provided. Tea and coffee capsules are available for our guests.
Is there a lift?
There is no lift. We are on the first floor. If our team is on site when you arrive, we will help with luggage whenever possible.
How does late arrival work?
Our reception hours vary and we try to welcome you personally whenever possible. For late arrivals, you can complete check-in online. Your arrival instructions are sent privately to the email address used for your reservation after online check-in is completed. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you need to update your email address.
Where can I park?
We do not have private parking. Street parking is regulated by EMEL: check the signs for hours and restrictions. Use the ePark app from EMEL to consult and pay for parking where available.
Can I leave luggage before my room is ready?
Please contact us by WhatsApp or email one day in advance. We will do our best to arrange luggage drop-off.
Do you offer twin beds or extra beds?
Our rooms have double beds. Twin beds and extra beds are not available.
Can children stay?
Our guesthouse welcomes guests older than 12 years.
Is there a guest kitchen?
The kitchen is not available for guest use.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only on balconies. Rooms and shared indoor areas are smoke-free.
Are there quiet hours?
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm so everyone can enjoy a restful stay.
